The purpose of my counseling is to offer a confidential, respectful, and dignified service to enable clients to make the changes they desire. I understand that sharing personal matters can be intimidating. I aim to provide a non-judgmental environment where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions without fear of criticism. I am devoted to helping clients explore and overcome the impact of their experiences.

I have over 25 years of experience in the NHS with both children and adults, along with my experience in education with profoundly disabled adults and their carers. I have drawn upon these experiences, bringing a wealth of knowledge to my practice. In addition to my counselling practice, I am actively involved as a volunteer counsellor with a charity in Leicestershire, supporting men and women who have experienced domestic abuse and sexual violence.Through our connection, we will collaborate to support you in discovering a life that brings you greater contentment.

How do I get counselling in the UK?

Private therapy in the UK is becoming more popular and there are many sites that advertise qualified counsellors. Looking for private therapy is much more accessible than it once was. I understand that seeking therapy for the first time can be daunting and because of this I offer a free 30-minute chat either on the phone as a video call or audio call to allow us to see if we are a right fit for each other. If you are looking at private therapy and would like to book in for a chat then please contact me via email or telephone.
